Description: Lieutenant Anderson was shot and killed as he and another deputy were conducting an investigation involving a rape. While interviewing a suspect, a struggle ensued and Lieutenant Anderson was shot multiple times. Lieutenant Anderson was transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead. The suspect was also shot and succumbed to his injuries three days later.
