Description: Captain Albert died of a heart attack while on duty. Captain Albert worked overtime for several consecutive days during a police strike, which was in progress for two weeks. Over 90 percent of the police department was on strike. Captain Albert was in command of building security and was performing the tasks of other striking officers. At the conclusion of a 12 hour night shift, Captain Albert suffered a sudden seizure and was transported to the hospital where he died 45 minutes later.
