Description: Patrolman Agnew was struck and killed by a drunk driver while re-assembling a barricade over a manhole with a fellow officer. The drunk driver barreled through two barricades and struck Patrolman Agnew, which sent him flying thirty feet. Patrolman Agnew suffered a fractured skull, internal injuries, and a fractured left leg.
