Description: Deputy Andrews was shot and killed while off-duty in a gas station restroom. Deputy Andrews was in the restroom when a suspect approached him and announced a robbery. Deputy Andrews identified himself and the suspect shot him. The suspect then stole Deputy Andrews' weapon and shot him two more times after he was already mortally wounded. The suspect was arrested, served time in prison and has since been released.
