Description: Automobile accident. Deputy Arrowood was killed when his cruiser went out of control and crashed. There were three officers en route to a call when the crash occurred. Deputy Arrowood was in the middle of the three cruisers when his vehicle sped up passing the first cruiser and left the roadway, striking several trees. Deputy Arrowood was thrown from the wreckage and transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. It was later determined that the accelerator stuck on the 1971 cruiser causing the crash.
