Description: Special Agent Ashley was asked to investigate a suspicious person who had been loitering in the Santa Fe Railroad Station for nearly five hours. He talked to suspect who said he was waiting for a train. Special Agent Ashley asked him to move to the waiting area. He noticed that suspect had a paper bag sticking out of his pocket. He asked suspect what was in the bag. Suspect put his hand in the bag and handed it to the officer. Concealed inside the bag was a gun. Suspect shot Agent Ashley through the throat killing him instantly.
