Description: Detective Allen was shot and killed while questioning a suspect about the stabbing of an 86-year-old woman. When Detective Allen's partner left the room, the suspect attacked Detective Allen and gained possession of his weapon. The suspect shot Detective Allen fatally in the head and then jumped from a three story window before he was arrested.
