Description: Deputy Sheriff Anderson succumbed to injuries sustained after being struck by a suspect's vehicle during a traffic stop. Deputy Anderson and a fellow officer were making a traffic stop when the suspect pulled into a residence. Deputy Anderson stepped out of the patrol car, and the suspect struck him with his vehicle. Deputy Anderson was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The suspect was charged with capital murder.
