Description: Constables Armstrong and John Parman went to a residence to serve civil papers regarding a judgement for an unpaid debt. The Constables were to collect $7.10 or confiscate the automobile. The man went inside his home, emerged with a shotgun and shot Constable Armstrong in the chest, killing him. The suspect was arrested.
