Description: Trooper Anderson approached a car that had been reported stolen, and was parked on the Garden State Pkwy. Exact details are not known, except Trooper Anderson radioed that he had been shot. He was found slumped in the front seat, his service revolver and some ammunition missing. He was pronounced dead at the hospital to which he was transported.
