Description: Deputy Marshal Adams was shot and killed while attempting to arrest an ex-convict. Deputy Adams responded to a domestic disturbance call where the intoxicated suspect was causing a disturbance. While attempting to arrest the suspect, the man produced a weapon and shot Deputy Marshal Adams in the head.
