Description: Marshal Arnold was issued a magistrate's warrant for the arrest of a suspect wanted for a misdemeanor. The man saw Marshal Arnold walking towards him and he drew a revolver and shot Marshal Arnold four times. The last shot was fired as Marshal Arnold lay dying on the ground. The suspect was arrested.
