Description: Police Officer Ambrose was shot while responding to a domestic dispute between a female and her ex-boyfriend. Officer Ambrose was dispatched to a residence to assist with a restraining order violation. When Officer Ambrose escorted the suspect into the residence in order to collect his personal possessions, the suspect shot both Officer Ambrose and the female. Officer Ambrose died at the hospital. The female survived. The suspect committed suicide.
