Description: Senior Patrol Agent Aguilar was intentionally struck as he attempted to deploy spike sticks in the roadway near Andrade, California. Two vehicles being pursued by U.S. Border Patrol Agents for immigration violations were attempting to cross into Mexico when one vehicle struck and killed Agent Aguilar. Agent Aguilar was pronounced dead at the scene.
