Description: Lieutenant Avilucea was killed in an auto accident. While returning from an explosive recovery operation his patrol car drifted off the road. Lieutenant Avilucea overcorrected the steering which caused the car to roll over several times. Lieutenant Avilucea was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
