Description: Senior Airman Alden, a military police officer assigned to the 48th Security Forces Squadron RAF Lakenheath Britain, was killed in a terrorist attack. On March 2, 2011 Officer Alden and several Air Force personnel were in the process of boarding a bus in Frankfort, Germany before deploying to Afghanistan. While in the final stages of loading equipment a suspect approached the bus and fatally shot Officer Alden. The suspect then boarded the bus shouting "Allahu Akbar" and fatally shot the bus driver and severely wounded two other military personnel.
