Description: While patrolling in his official vehicle in the aftermath of the devastation caused by Hurricane George, Agent Alvarez Carrion lost his life in a vehicle accident. He and two other agents were patrolling the roads after the hurricane. Street lights were down and visibility was limited. Their patrol unit hit a horse, killing Agent Alvarez Carrion and injuring Agent Vazquez Mercado and Agent Robles Candelario.
