Description: Officer Alexander was killed when his cruiser was struck head-on by another vehicle. Officer Alexander had just entered an intersection when another vehicle turned directly in front of him. The head-on collision killed Officer Alexander on impact. The driver of the other vehicle and one of his passengers were also killed.
