Description: Patrolman Armstrong was killed when his patrol car was struck head-on by an intoxicated driver. The suspect vehicle was on the wrong side of I-370 when the accident occurred. After receiving reports of the suspect vehicle, Patrolman Armstrong's department attempted to dispatch the call to him but the suspect driver struck him before he received the call.
