Description: Patrolman Abbot died in a single vehicle motorcycle crash while in pursuit of a stolen vehicle. As Patrolman Abbot drove alongside the suspect vehicle, the driver swerved and forced the patrol motorcycle into the intersection. Patrolman Abbot lost control of the motorcycle and crashed into a traffic beacon.
