Description: Master Sergeant Bishop was struck and injured by a vehicle while investigating a traffic crash. He was outside of his patrol vehicle and crossing lanes when he was struck by a vehicle that had been struck by a second vehicle that failed to stop. Master Sergeant Bishop was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
