Description: Trooper Baldridge and his partner were involved in a single-vehicle crash in Carey, Ohio while responding to an officer needs assistance call from a neighboring agency. With all emergency lights activated, the cruiser went off the right side of the road and rolled several times. Trooper Baldridge was pronounced dead at the scene. His partner sustained non-life threatening injuries.
