Description: Sergeant Bailey was shot and killed by a robbery suspect following a high-speed vehicle pursuit. The suspect had committed armed robbery and aggravated assault. Several patrol vehicles were rammed by the suspect as he attempted to escape. The suspect then crashed into two more vehicles then fled on foot. He exchanged gunfire with officers, and fatally shot Sergeant Bailey.
