Description: Chief of Police Barrett suffered a heart attack after attempting to arrest a combative suspect. Chief Barrett answered a disturbance call at a hotel and attempted to place the offender under arrest. The man resisted and a struggle ensued. Chief Barrett collapsed and was transported to the hospital where he died. The suspect was arrested.
