Description: Guard Barrow died in a single vehicle crash in Pennsylvania when Deputy U.S. Marshal Schock lost control of the car and struck a telephone pole. Guard Barrow was deputized by Marshal Schock and they were en route to pick up prisoners when the crash occurred on Route 422.
