Description: Police Officer Bashioum was ambushed and fatally shot when he and another officer were responding to a domestic disturbance call. Officer Bashioum exited his patrol vehicle and started to walk towards the residence and was fired upon from a second floor window with a high powered rifle. Officer Bashioum was transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The suspect was later found in the home with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head and the suspect's pregnant wife was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds and she succumbed to her injuries.
