Description: Deportation Officer Beliso suffered a heart attack while engaged in a foot pursuit of a fugitive. Officer Beliso was participating in a large scale operation of locating and arresting illegal immigrants when he collapsed. Other officers on the scene performed CPR until emergency personnel could arrive. Officer Beliso was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his heart attack.
