Description: Officer Brewster and Officer J.B. Graham were on patrol and stopped to eat. The officers saw a car turn towards a Piggly Wiggly store that had experienced a string of robberies and they decided to investigate. As Officer Brewster grabbed his coat, he accidentally jostled the holster. The gun dropped to the floor and discharged, the bullet striking him in the thigh. Officer Brewster was pronounced dead at the hospital.
