Description: Police Officer Billa was shot and killed as he assisted in the apprehension of a person of interest in the murder of the ex-wife of the suspect. The suspect shot Officer Billa from inside the home and barricaded himself. The suspect's body was recovered following a standoff. Officer Billa was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
