Description: Sergeant Bollman, while off-duty, went fishing on a pond at Camp Kikthawenund in Frankton, Indiana. His friend suffered a medical emergency and fell through the ice. Sergeant Bollman attempted to rescue him but drowned during the rescue attempt.
