Description: Inspector Bowling died in a vehicle crash when his patrol car collided with a cement mixer. Inspector Bowling's vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with a cement mixer. His car became engulfed in flames and he died at the scene. The cement mixer driver also sustained non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle crash report revealed the road was wet at the time of the crash.
