Description: Police Officer Brackeen died of a gunshot wound sustained two days earlier while serving an arrest warrant. Officer Brackeen located the suspect and a physical altercation ensued. The suspect produced a handgun and shot Officer Brackeen in the chest. Officer Brackeen was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on September 12, 2016. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
