Description: Police Officer Buckmister died in a vehicle crash while responding to an injury collision with his patrol emergency lights and siren activated. Officer Buckmister lost control of the patrol car in snow-related conditions and the car slid broadside across the northbound lanes into the path of a van. Three people were killed and two were injured in this incident.
