Description: Constable Bachmann was shot and killed while attempting to serve an eviction notice at a residence. As Constable Bachmann approached the house, a suspect opened fire from inside. Constable Bachmann and a bystander were shot and killed in the incident. The suspect was shot and killed in the exchange of gunfire with law enforcement officers. Three additional law enforcement officers were treated for injuries sustained during the shootout.
