Description: Police Officer Brown was struck by a vehicle while investigating a vehicle fire. Officer Brown was walking along the guardrail when he was struck by a vehicle that had left the roadway after striking another vehicle. Officer Brown was transported to the hospital where he remained in a coma until he died five days later.
