Description: Reserve Police Officer suffered a heart attack after he attempted to take a suspect into custody for disorderly conduct. During the struggle, the suspect resisted arrest and slammed Officer Buffum against the wall. Officer Buffum took the suspect into custody and collapsed while completing paperwork. Officer Buffum was transported to the hospital where he died.
