Description: Police Officer Burns was electrocuted when he attempted to re-light an arc lamp. The citizens who lived on that street complained about the dark street to Officer Burns who was on bike patrol. As Officer Burns jiggled the chain to turn on the lamp, several live wires fell on him and he died at the scene.
