Description: Deputy Marshal Brown was shot and killed by suspect who was upset with Marshal Brown for arresting a friend of his. The suspect approached Marshal Brown and exchanged a few words with him before he shot the marshal. Marshal Brown died on Christmas day, two days after being shot in the abdomen.
