Description: Officer Bissett's cruiser was struck by another car at an intersection and the officer was thrown from the vehicle. The cruiser was in emergency mode with red lights flashing and siren on. Officer Bissett was transported to the hospital where he died the following morning. The driver was charged with failing to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle.
