Description: Private Bailey and fellow rangers were on the trail of a group of suspects who had raided a ranch and killed two cowboys. Private Bailey was captured and beaten to death when he went to get water for his men. The rangers located the suspects but were quickly surrounded and a battle ensued. Private William Glass was also fatally shot in this incident.
