Description: Patrolman Blewfield was shot and killed after he responded to a disturbance call. Four intoxicated suspects were causing a disturbance outside the residence and one of the suspects had a gun. When Patrolman Blewfield attempted to arrest the suspect with the gun, a struggle ensued. Patrolman Blewfield was shot twice in the abdomen and died at the scene.
