Description: Patrolman Buczek was shot and killed when he attempted to question three suspects. The suspects fled to the Dominican Republic where the shooter died under mysterious circumstances. The remaining two suspects were returned to the United States by Dominican officials after 14 years to face trial. Both men received 25 years to life.
