Description: Officer Bailey was struck and killed by a drunk driver while conducting a traffic stop in Hesperia. While speaking to the suspect driver, Officer Bailey was struck by another vehicle at a high rate of speed. The accident resulted in two critically injured people and two fatalities. Officer Bailey succumbed to his injuries en route to the hospital.
