Description: Corporal Blair was shot with his own gun during a traffic stop. Corporal Blair stopped a vehicle for a routine traffic violation. A fight broke out between Corporal Blair and the two men who were in the vehicle. One suspect gained control of Corporal Blair's service revolver and shot him. Mortally wounded, Corporal Blair pulled a gun from his boot and returned fire, killing his assailant. The second suspect was charged with murder but was acquitted.
