Description: Patrolman Berryman was shot when he and Officer Harold Braden went to a residence to investigate a domestic disturbance call where a man was arguing with his wife. The suspect shot Patrolman Berryman twice with a shotgun. Officer Braden returned fire, killing the suspect. Patrolman Berryman was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
