Description: Constable Bennett was shot when he responded to a disturbance call at a residence concerning an intoxicated man with a gun. As Constable Bennett struggled with the suspect for possession of the weapon in a darkened room of the house, the suspect's father fatally shot both Constable Bennett and his son.
