Description: Deputy Sheriff Banks was shot as he attempted to arrest a drunk and disorderly suspect. As Deputy Banks attempted to place the suspect under arrest, a struggle ensued. The suspect gained control of Deputy Banks' weapon and shot him in the head with his own gun. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
