Description: Automobile accident. Investigators Bunting and John Arthur Fletcher left the station in a state vehicle and drove together to a district meeting. Along the way their car was side swiped by another vehicle. Investigator Bunting died several days later from his injuries. Investigator Fletcher was killed instantly.
