Description: Deputy Sheriff Brierly was fatally injured when his motorcycle collided with an automobile that failed to yield the right of way. Deputy Brierly, with emergency lights and siren activated, was responding to the scene of a pedestrian fatality when the accident occurred. Deputy Brierly suffered multiple injuries and died three days later.
