Description: Captain Baugh was killed in an automobile accident while responding to a traffic accident on U.S. 231. While responding, his patrol car skidded off the highway and flipped into Big Walnut Creek. Captain Baugh was trapped underwater several minutes before rescue workers recovered his body. Captain Baugh was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries five hours later.
